TESTIMONIALS
PACE Run for a Cause has given me motivation to be active either by running, walking, or biking. I
especially like following their page because it gives me ideas of different ways to stay fit at the same
time help out in the community. Before knowing about Run for a Cause I was not aware of all of
these diseases that are causing hardships in other people's lives and the very least I can do is to
donate and share the awareness. PACE has definitely improved my lifestyle and has kept me
motivated and sane during this pandemic.

I never would have thought that I would run anything more than 1 mile, but after joining PACE
I've completed several 5Ks and 10Ks, my goal was to run a 1/2 marathon in Napa 2020! I did not
take this training lightly and tried very hard not to miss my scheduled runs. I relied on the support
for PACE who Keep me motivated me to finish what I had started. Due to Covid I was not able to
complete my task in NAPA but I was able to do it virtual with PACE and I can now say that I am a
1/2 marathoner and looking forward to training for my 2nd 1/2 marathon!

Char and Nicole really know how to push you to your limit; they truly love what they’re doing. I joined them
on their Autisum Awareness Virtual Run and it was motivation and inspiring to see the love and support they
have for those families living with Autistic children. This run was suitable for beginners, those whom are
disabled, as well as running elites regardless of their age. I highly recommend joining them on their for
their monthly Run for a Cause to not only to support a great cause but to get fit and healthy for a cause.
